Bosnia and Herzegovina

With the conflict that has been endemic to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the wake of the USSR's disintegration, its sadly unsurprising that the country has been so slow to ensure individual freedoms for all its citizens. There have been efforts to reduce rampant corruption in the country, but there's still a very long way to go.
